Return

You have up to 14 days from receiving your order to make a return, by express courier. After this period, we are no longer able to guarantee the replacement of the product or its refund.

The product to be refunded/replaced must not have been used, must be presented in the same conditions of receipt and in the original packaging.

It is not possible to return a Gift Card.

To make a return send an email to info@johemp.it where you have to specify the article/ items to return and the reason for the return. It is necessary to attach the purchase invoice or proof of payment of the product.

You will receive instructions to return the goods. Shipping costs are at your expense, cannot be refunded.

Once we receive the returned product and its documentation, this will be inspected and we will proceed with the refund.

Refund

The refund is made by credit card or Paypal account depending on the instrument used at the time of purchase.

Normally it takes 7-10 business days from the acceptance of the return to process the refund and credit it (the timing depends on your bank or credit institution: in some cases it may take more days).

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Delays in refund

If you have not yet received your refund, please check with your bank.

Credit may take a few days depending on the banking circuit used.

Discounted products

Refunds and replacements are only guaranteed for products sold at price list.

We do not refund/replace products sold at discounted prices.

Replacement

The replacement is guaranteed only for defective or damaged products and according to the stock availability.

If it is not possible to replace the goods, you will have to proceed to the request for return and eventually make a new order.
